Event schedule at a glance
Session 1. Hanok Yoga (Hanok Reset Ritual) (1hr)

Inspired Wellness Movement Class
This session may be a bit different from a typical yoga class — please check the details below.
A gentle wellness movement session inspired by Yin-based movement, mindful breathing, and Eastern philosophy.
Held inside a traditional hanok in Bukchon, this experience combines gentle activation, stretching, deep release, and guided meditation to help you relax, reset, and reconnect with your body.
Inspired by the balance of Yin & Yang and the quiet beauty of Korean spaces.
No previous experience needed.
60 min session · Comfortable clothing recommended.
Session 2. Korean Traditional Writing (1hr)

After movement comes stillness. Using a traditional Korean brush and hanji paper, we settle into reflection and let our thoughts take form. We journal what arose during our yoga session, then learn to write our names in Korean — and discover what they mean.
※ You will receive a personalized hanji (traditional Korean paper) hand-lettered with your name, as a gift to take home.
Session 3. K- infused liquor workshop (1hr)

We close the morning with a hands-on workshop. Using dried fruits — strawberry, lemon, and more — we blend and bottle our own traditional Korean infused liquor to take home.
Extra session Makgeolli Tasting
We end the morning with a tasting of Boksoondoga's handcrafted makgeolli — plain and strawberry — paired with light refreshments. Share a moment with the friends you made throughout the day, take in the Namsan view from the Han-ok, and ease into the afternoon at your own pace.
All participants will also receive a Boksoondoga gift set,one bottle of handcrafted makgeolli and one rice makgeolli - to take home.
