✔ Reservation Changes • Changes can be made up to 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment. • Please contact the spa in advance if you need to adjust your reservation. ✔ Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the appointment are fully refundable. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. ✔ Late Arrivals • If you arrive 20 minutes or more late, your reservation may be considered a no-show. • In this case, no refund will be issued, so we recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment.
