• Spa Gogyeol provides professional and private spa services and operates on a 100% pre-reservation basis for all spa bookings. Please be sure to read the following spa policies carefully.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time for a professional spa consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
✔ Reservation Confirmation
•Reservation Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations are only possible up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Refunds will not be possible after this time.
•Same-day reservations cannot be canceled or changed. Please make your reservation carefully.
✔ Late Arrivals
• Impact on Treatment: Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your appointment beyond the originally scheduled time.
• Program Changes: It is not possible to change to a shorter program than the one originally booked due to late arrival. The scheduled time for your reserved spa program cannot be altered.
• Communication: If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance.

• Pre-Appointment Consultation: Arrive 10 minutes early for your consultation. Late arrivals will also have their appointment duration reduced.

• Allergies, Heart Conditions, and High Blood Pressure: If you have any allergies, heart conditions, or high blood pressure, please inform us as these conditions may restrict the services we can provide.
• Pregnancy: Pregnant clients can receive body treatments starting from 16 weeks of pregnancy. Please inform us if you are pregnant so we can make the necessary accommodations.환불 규정

• Changes can only be made up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this period, obtaining refunds may be difficult.

• Spa Gogyeol operates on a 100% pre-reservation basis, making frequent changes challenging. You may only make changes to your reservation.
